The Process

The Development Journey

The creation of Eva Del Rosa sunglasses began long before the first prototype existed.

The process started with extensive research into frame architecture, facial proportions, and material performance. Dozens of sketches explored balance, symmetry, and silhouette, focusing on shapes that enhance natural features rather than overpower them.

Early prototypes went through multiple refinement stages. Frame angles were adjusted millimeter by millimeter. Lens curvature, bridge positioning, and temple weight were carefully tested to achieve both comfort and visual impact. Each iteration was worn, evaluated, and redesigned until the proportions felt effortless.

Production partnerships were ultimately established in Italy, where generations of eyewear craftsmanship allowed the designs to move from concept to reality. Italian manufacturing brought precision finishing, premium materials, and the level of quality control required to achieve the brand's vision.
